Spectrum Mobile is an opt-in service.

Consumers are rewarded with free airtime and SMS bundles for receiving and engaging with advertising messages, coupons, and surveys sent to their mobile phones.

A Spectrum Mobile consumer is required to provide ongoing demographic, lifestyle and brand usage information. This enables us to send the consumer information that is relevant and of interest to that specific consumer.

Advertising messages are sent in a text format called USSD which is compatible with all mobile phones.

New Consumer
The consumer will need to sign-up at a partner mobile network retail store, via USSD or through the call center to obtain a mobile phone number and a starter pack.

Existing Subscriber on the Partner Network
A current subscriber may sign-up at a partner mobile network retail store, via USSD or through the call center.

Subscriber on a Mobile Network other than the Partner Network
The consumer will need to port their number over to our mobile network partner and then opt-in to the Spectrum Mobile service at a partner mobile network retail store, via USSD or through the call center.

Spectrum Mobile respects a consumer's preferences and a consumer may opt-out of our services at any stage for any reason. This can be done at a mobile network retail store, via USSD or through the call center.
